- Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, cloud leaders, procurement teams, and other enterprise decision-makers.
- Personally develop new enterprise opportunities through direct outreach, existing relationships, partner channels, and strategic networking.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and translate cybersecurity challenges into practical consulting, implementation, and managed-services opportunities.

- Develop and commercialize repeatable cybersecurity offerings, including:
- Cloud security and CNAPP/CSPM
- Wiz implementation and optimization
- Cloud security assessments and remediation
- CMMC readiness and compliance
- Security architecture and Zero Trust
- Vulnerability and risk management
- Managed cloud-security services
- Strengthen and leverage Indrasol’s cybersecurity technology partnerships to generate pipeline and joint go-to-market opportunities.
- Work closely with cybersecurity architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically credible, commercially competitive, and executable.
- Develop account strategies for strategic customers and identify opportunities for expansion and recurring revenue.
- Build and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecast, and opportunity management process.
- Support development of cybersecurity proposals, SOWs, presentations, solution briefs, and executive-level customer messaging.
- Represent Indrasol at customer meetings, industry events, partner meetings, webinars, and executive forums.
- As the business grows, help recruit, mentor, and lead cybersecurity sales and solution professionals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise technology sales, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong track record selling cybersecurity solutions or professional services to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to personally develop and close significant enterprise opportunities.
- Experience selling engagements in the $250K to $1M+ range is strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships with U.S.-based CISOs, CIOs, security executives, or enterprise technology leaders are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, cybersecurity architecture, compliance, risk management, and modern security platforms.
- Experience with one or more leading cybersecurity ecosystems such as:
- Wiz
- Palo Alto Networks
- CrowdStrike
- Zscaler
- Microsoft Security
- Fortinet
- Orca Security
- Netskope
- AWS Security
- Prowler
- Experience selling consulting, implementation, managed services, or security transformation services is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable discussing both business outcomes and technical cybersecurity concepts with senior executives and technical teams.
- Strong executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to confidently engage U.S. enterprise executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to personally prospect, open doors, build opportunities, and close business.
- Experience working with U.S. customers while based in Latin America is a strong advantage.
