VP, Enterprise Infrastructure & Chief Info Security Officer

The VP, Enterprise Infrastructure & Chief Information Security Officer is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, and operational support of all core technology infrastructure and end-user computing services across the enterprise, as well as cybersecurity and IT risk management. This position supports and manages all end-user computing and support services and all aspects of data management. Additionally, this position leads the Company’s technology security and compliance program, including the development of the Company’s cyber security strategy, the identification and procurement of all IT security technologies and services, security monitoring and threat intelligence and regulatory/audit compliance.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Develops and executes the strategic technology roadmap for all core infrastructure and information security technologies.
• Develops, administers, and monitors infrastructure standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures that will provide optimum system performance and availability.
• Develops and implements the Corporate Information Security Program, that includes, security policies and procedures, security awareness training, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provides leadership and oversight for all core infrastructure services including, but not limited to, Network (LAN/WAN), Storage (on premise & cloud), and end user computing services (on premise and cloud).
• Acts as a focal point for directing the quick and permanent resolution of high-impact technology outages or security incidents.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory and internal audit controls (PCI, FFIEC, GITC, & NIST).
• Works with the CIO to develop business cases for large technology investments.
• Ensures confidentiality and integrity of corporate data and proprietary information.
• Leads IT Service Management initiatives and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process transformation.
• Manages all Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities and services.
• Performs IT security risk assessments and ensures timely/effective remediation of all threats.
• Manages the identification and effective remediation/closure of all control issues.
• Provides accountability for data security and privacy control attestation with external clients.
• Stays abreast of the latest IT security innovations and cyber security technologies and serves as an advisor to business leaders.
• Manages all end-user technologies and services including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Employee Workstations
  • Employee Collaboration Technologies (voice, video, email, file storage, and SharePoint)
  • Help Desk & Field Support Services.
• Directs, organizes, supervises, and assists all direct reports. Assumes responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of staff by:
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and improving performance through accurate and timely performance feedback, development plans, training, and mentoring.
  • Interviewing, hiring, promoting, and terminating employment as necessary.
• Develops and maintains strategic working relationships with technology vendors. Oversees the purchase of both infrastructure and security services.
• Additional responsibilities include budgeting, project management, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and business improvement.
• Other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM LEVEL AND PREPARATION NORMALLY REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related business field; A Master’s Degree is highly desirable.
• Applicable certifications in IT security, such as CRISC, CCISO, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA, or related preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive roles in IT with an emphasis on information security and infrastructure management.
• 5-7 years in a senior management/leadership position.
• 10+ years of IT and business work experience including infrastructure design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and data center operations management.
