VP of Business Operations

We’re looking for a VP of Business Operations to take ownership of the operational engine behind our business - from payments and fraud to Net Revenue, performance management and operational scalability.

This is a highly strategic, cross-functional leadership role. You’ll work closely with Finance, Product, Compliance, CRM, Customer Support, Technology and Marketing, while also managing key external relationships with PSPs, vendors and operational partners.

You’ll be expected to understand the details, spot where things can work better, and build scalable operational frameworks that support our growth across markets and jurisdictions.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and oversee day-to-day business operations across our active markets and operational units
• Take ownership of our payment operations, including PSP relationships, payment routing, transaction flows, costs and operational performance
• Lead the end-to-end management of PSP relationships, negotiating and optimizing partnerships while ensuring operational and regulatory requirements are met
• Oversee PSP reconciliation, ensuring accurate and timely matching of transactions, payouts, fees and disputes
• Own Net Revenue reporting and optimization, ensuring data is accurate, transparent and actionable for the business
• Lead and continuously improve our Fraud operations, including fraud-prevention tools, monitoring, workflows and risk controls
• Establish and own operational KPIs and performance targets, using data to identify gaps, risks and opportunities
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, automation and system enhancements
• Build scalable operational frameworks that can support new jurisdictions, markets and product expansion
• Partner closely with Finance, Product, Fraud, CRM, Compliance, Customer Support and Technology to align operational priorities and execution
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn them into clear business actions
• Lead relationships with PSPs, vendors, external service providers and other operational partners
• Support Executive Leadership with operational reporting, forecasts, insights and strategic recommendations
• Ensure operational processes are aligned with regulatory requirements, AML, responsible gaming standards and internal policies
• Lead, mentor and develop operational teams, creating clear ownership, accountability and high performance

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Payments, Fraud, Business Management or a similar senior operational function
• Strong experience in iGaming, fintech or another payments-intensive environment
• Proven experience owning or overseeing payment flows, PSP relationships, fraud operations and Net Revenue processes
• Deep understanding of PSPs, payment routing, transaction lifecycle management and reconciliation
• Experience operating across multiple markets, jurisdictions and regulatory environments
• Strong track record of setting, monitoring and improving operational KPIs and performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex operational and financial data and turn it into decisions
• Experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when working with external partners
• Experience with fraud tools, payment analytics, BI platforms, payment orchestration or reconciliation systems
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker is a plus
• Good understanding of fraud prevention, risk scoring, AML/KYC and responsible gaming
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
