Position: Vice President of Finance Location: Flexible (Remote) About the Role: Guidelight Health is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our dynamic team. As the VP of Finance, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, and execution to support the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support Guidelight Health's mission and business objectives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiency. Provide financial leadership and guidance to executive leadership and department heads, offering insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Monitor financial performance against key metrics and benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Lead the financial reporting process, preparing accurate and timely financial statements, dashboards, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Manage relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance and financial integrity. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial operations and enhance scalability. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or mental health industry. Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and risk management. Experience leading financial planning and analysis processes, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
