Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dedicated VP of Implementation to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-team coordination.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Gather, synthesize, and act upon critical client feedback to improve processes.
• Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Develop, communicate, and execute high-level overarching departmental strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proven track record in operations, project management, or client success.
