VP of Marketing
Introw is the #1 AI-native partner management platform. We are growing 5x year over year, signing multi-year enterprise contracts with some of the biggest logos in B2B SaaS, like Adyen, Factorial & Huntress. We raised $3M led by Visionaries VC, we serve hundreds of companies worldwide, and we hold a 4.9/5 rating across 100s of reviews.
We run inside HubSpot and Salesforce, so partner teams manage their whole program without leaving the CRM, and their partners work where they already are: Slack, Teams, email, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Globally leading companies run partnerships, their best-performing channel, on Introw.
Our mission is simple: become the #1 PRM in the world. Not one of the options, the category leader. The name every partner leader knows, recommends, and wants to work with. Legacy partner tools were built for the vendor, not the partner, so partners never logged in and programs stalled. We win on the opposite bet: people actually adopt Introw. Now we want a VP of Marketing to build the marketing engine that makes the whole world know Introw.
This is not a “manage the agencies and report on MQLs” role, and it is not a role where you inherit a finished machine. You will build the brand, the engine, and the team that make Introw the category leader, and you will be hands-on in building every one of them.
If you love hypergrowth, building things from the ground up and taking a category leader global, keep on reading!
Tasks
As our VP of Marketing, you take what already works and make it the engine that makes Introw the name in partnerships:
Sharpen the marketing strategy and plan to make Introw the global category leader in partner management, and turn it into work that ships every week.
Take our brand from known to unmissable, until every partner leader knows us, and talks about us.
Optimise our pipeline engine so it becomes predictable, and measure marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline straight from the CRM, not from vanity dashboards.
Raise the bar of the existing marketing team across demand generation, events, paid, SEO and AI search, product marketing, brand, and community, and expand it with the right hires.
Upgrade the systems, playbooks, and processes so the team scales without slowing down.
Sharpen our positioning and category story, and keep it consistent across the website, sales, product, and socials.
Scale our US go-to-market: more than half of our customers are there, and we are opening an office in NYC soon.
Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on what grows.
Work shoulder to shoulder with the founders, sales, partnerships, product, and customer success, and align on targets, ICP, and handoffs.
Requirements
You’re an A-player. You want your fingerprints on a category-defining company, and a mediocre bar bores you. The following should be how your friends describe you:
A builder and an optimizer. You have taken a marketing function that already worked, made it twice as good, and built what was still missing.
A proven marketing leader. Around 10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with several years leading a team and owning a pipeline number. We care about the bar you hold more than years on paper.
A hypergrowth veteran. You have scaled marketing through several stages of hypergrowth, and you know which playbook breaks at each one.
A brand builder. You have made a company the name its market knows, not just another logo on a comparison page.
Experienced in marketing a product-led or AI-native product.
Hands-on. You still write the page, brief the campaign, or fix the dashboard yourself, and you are proud of it.
Revenue-minded. You think in pipeline, win rates, and payback, not in likes and impressions.
A storyteller. You turn a broad product into a clear narrative, tuned for each audience.
A coach. You raise the bar of the team you join, hire well as it grows, and give people real ownership.
Analytical. You know your numbers and let the data tell you what to do next.
Comfortable with ambiguity. You make the call, move fast, and adjust.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
A strong network in the partnerships, channel, or B2B SaaS space.
Familiarity with partnerships, channel sales, or CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Benefits
How we work: we are a senior team that plays to win and hires A-players who want real ownership.
You own your area. High trust, high autonomy, no hand-holding.
Craft is the point. We sweat the details and hold a high bar.
We move fast. Decisions in hours, not weeks.
We are ambitious. We are here to win the category globally, growing 4 to 5x a year.
What you get:
A Macbook and iPhone, fully set up for you.
Fully paid phone subscription.
Healthcare plan.
Mobility budget.
Meal vouchers.
Introw merch.
Regular team drinks and events, plus global travel to industry events.
A real seat at a fast growing, well-funded, globally winning company where your work ships and gets seen.
Optional: ESOP Equity
Ready to make Introw the #1 PRM in the world? If you want to own the brand, the number, and the team at a category leader, we want to meet you.
What to expect: a quick intro call, a deep dive on your past work, a short case where you build a plan for one of our real growth challenges, and time with the founders and the team.
