The VP, Product Management role will lead the product strategy for several of eMoney's foundational platform capabilities, including data aggregation, APIs, strategic integrations and the evolution of our platform for an AI-native future. This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of product, technology, data and AI. This role will lead a team responsible for products and capabilities that enable eMoney's platform to connect to financial data sources, enterprise customers, strategic partners and increasingly to AI applications and agents. A key priority will be helping eMoney determine how our platform should safely and strategically expose data and planning capabilities to AI agents, including emerging technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), while protecting eMoney's differentiated planning intelligence and intellectual property. This role is an opportunity to shape a foundational component of eMoney's AI strategy and help establish the platform as a trusted source of financial data and planning intelligence within the emerging AI ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
• Bring deep product leadership experience across enterprise platforms, APIs, data products and integrations, combined with a strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and agentic architectures.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for eMoney's Platform, Data, APIs and AI capabilities.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers and product leaders.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to identify opportunities to strengthen eMoney's platform differentiation and competitive position.
• Establish clear product metrics and accountability for business, customer and platform outcomes.
• This role will work with Technology Leadership to determine how these requirements are technically implemented, while maintaining Product accountability for what capabilities should be exposed and under what conditions.
Data Aggregation & Data Products
• Lead product strategy for eMoney's data aggregation capabilities and related customer experiences.
• Partner with Technology and Data leadership to ensure the platform is increasingly prepared for AI-driven use cases.
• Identify opportunities to leverage eMoney's data foundation as a strategic differentiator.
AI Platform & Agentic AI
• Define eMoney's product strategy for AI platform connectivity and agentic experiences.
• Establish the product strategy and requirements for MCP and other emerging AI connectivity standards.
• Ensure APIs evolve from traditional application integrations toward an architecture capable of supporting AI applications and agent integrations.
• Establish clear product requirements for authentication, authorization, entitlements, data access, auditability and enterprise governance.
• Define appropriate boundaries between customer-accessible data and eMoney's proprietary planning intelligence.
• Ensure AI connectivity supports eMoney's broader Always-On Planning strategy.
• Partner with AI Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal and Compliance leaders to establish appropriate AI governance.
Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with significant experience leading enterprise fintech products.
• Proven experience leading product organizations at the VP or equivalent senior leadership level.
• Deep experience with platform products, APIs, data products, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience defining product strategy for complex technology platforms used by large enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, data platforms and enterprise
integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with CTO, Engineering and Architecture leaders.
• Experience translating complex technology capabilities into clear customer and business value.
AI / Emerging Technology Experience
• Strong understanding of generative AI, AI platforms and emerging agentic architectures.
• Experience defining products or platforms that incorporate AI, intelligent workflows or AI agents.
• Understanding of AI tool/function calling, agent orchestration, APIs and emerging AI connectivity standards such as MCP.
• Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into practical product strategies.
• Understanding of the data, security, governance and intellectual-property implications of exposing enterprise capabilities to AI systems.
Skills
• The role will be expected to operate effectively at both the strategic executive level and the detailed product-definition level.
• Strong executive communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing and developing senior Product leaders and building high-performing product organizations.
The salary range for this position is $227,000 - $282,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
