Position: VP Sales, Americas
Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
Department: Sales
Location: Remote, US
Work Authorization: US Citizenship Required

BlueVoyant is seeking a VP Sales, Americas to own new-logo and expansion revenue across North and Latin America. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a team of regional sales directors and client executives and partner closely with Marketing, Channel and Partnerships (including Microsoft), Customer Success, and Delivery to build a predictable, high-growth revenue engine. This is a hands-on executive role where you'll set strategy, coach deals, and personally engage on the largest strategic opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the number. Deliver annual bookings, ARR, and pipeline targets for the Americas, with accurate weekly and quarterly forecasting to the CRO and executive team.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent; set clear territory, quota, and coverage models; and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and winning.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy. Define segment strategy across enterprise, upper mid-market, and public sector, prioritizing verticals such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
  • Scale partner-led growth. Co-sell with Microsoft and expand channel, MSSP, reseller, and advisory partner relationships to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
  • Lead strategic deals. Act as executive sponsor for marquee pursuits, engaging CISOs, CIOs, and boards on complex, multi-year managed security engagements.
  • Run a disciplined operation. Enforce a consistent sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC), pipeline hygiene, and CRM rigor in Salesforce; use data to diagnose and improve conversion, win rates, and cycle times.
  • Partner cross-functionally. Bring market and customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Delivery to sharpen positioning, pricing, and offerings.
  • Represent BlueVoyant. Serve as a visible leader at industry events, customer briefings, and partner forums.
What You'll Bring:
  • 15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 7+ years leading multi-level sales teams (managers of managers).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $50M+ annual targets in cybersecurity, managed security services (MDR/MSSP), or adjacent SaaS/security markets.
  • Deep understanding of the security buyer and the managed services sales motion, including multi-year contracts and consumption or subscription pricing.
  • Experience building and scaling co-sell motions with hyperscalers.
  • An established network of CISO-level relationships across the Americas.
  • Demonstrated ability to build forecasting discipline and repeatable sales processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Success in the First Year Looks Like:
  • First 90 days: Assess team, territories, and pipeline; deliver a validated Americas sales plan and forecast.
  • 6 months: Key leadership hires in place; consistent forecast accuracy within ±10%; measurable pipeline growth through partner co-sell.
  • 12 months: Annual bookings target achieved; improved win rates and average deal size; a scalable, repeatable sales engine ready for the next stage of growth.
Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft Security partnership and co-sell experience.
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency to support LATAM coverage.
  • Relevant sales or cybersecurity certifications.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • An MBA is preferred.
