    What you will do

    • Lead and optimize the global visual merchandising and store design operating model, including processes, planning cadence, workflows, and accountability.
    • Manage, coach, and develop the VMSD team across operations, 2D design, and 3D design.
    • Implement global brand design initiatives across visual merchandising, architectural store design, new store openings, retail expansions, and immersive consumer experiences.
    • Oversee seasonal merchandising updates, retailer planograms, project approvals, vendor delivery, shipping, installation, and proactive risk mitigation.
    • Build vendor partnerships, negotiate value engineering initiatives, and improve scalability and cost efficiency across global retail projects.
    • Own the global VMSD budget, resource planning, project forecasts, financial tracking, and monthly year-to-date reporting for senior leadership.

    Requirements

    • At least 12 years of experience in visual merchandising, store design, or related retail operations, including team leadership and direct reports.
    • Experience leading global visual merchandising development, execution, and post-market care for a beauty or prestige retail brand.
    • Deep familiarity with reading and managing planograms across retail channels.
    • Experience managing global departmental budgets, vendor negotiations, value engineering, and process improvement across a global organization.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet.
    • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and senior leadership presentation skills.
