Job Summary The Specialty Deposits - Operations position plays a key role in supporting the Bank's Specialty Deposits portfolio and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients across specialized industries. This position partners closely with Relationship Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to support client onboarding, account maintenance, service requests, and issue resolution while ensuring a seamless client experience. The role supports complex business relationships, including HOA and Property Management companies, Title and Escrow companies, and other specialty business segments. Additionally, this position contributes to operational and strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, risk management, regulatory compliance, and overall client satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business units. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide high-touch operational support to Specialty Deposits clients in partnership with Relationship Managers and Regional Vice Presidents, ensuring client requests are managed promptly, accurately, and professionally. Serve as a central point of coordination for complex client needs, account issues, service requests, escalations, and follow-up activities across branch, operations, treasury management, compliance, information technology, lending, and other support functions. Support new client onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, product implementation, and ongoing servicing while confirming required documentation, approvals, and system setup are complete and accurate. Coordinate implementation and ongoing support for Treasury Services and digital banking solutions, including Analysis Accounts, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, sweeps, online banking, and other digital offerings. Monitor client requests and outstanding items, maintain clear status reporting, and proactively communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and resolution timeframes to clients and internal stakeholders. Research and resolve operational issues involving transactions, account servicing, product functionality, fees, service access, and system processing; escalate material or time-sensitive matters through appropriate channels. Maintain a thorough understanding of each assigned client's operating model, service expectations, account structure, authorized users, transaction activity, and critical processing requirements. Partner with Relationship Managers and Regional Vice Presidents in client meetings, service reviews, implementation calls, and internal planning sessions as needed. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen controls, reduce manual work, and increase consistency across operational processes. Participate in Bank-wide and enterprise-wide projects, including system implementations, conversions, product launches, process redesign, data remediation, operational centralization, and regulatory or audit-related initiatives. Perform project responsibilities such as gathering business requirements, documenting current and future-state processes, coordinating testing, tracking action items, supporting training, validating results, and assisting with implementation and post-launch stabilization. Collaborate with project sponsors, business owners, subject matter experts, vendors, and cross-functional teams to complete assigned project deliverables on schedule and within established requirements. Prepare reports, portfolio information, management updates, presentations, project materials, and client-specific analyses as requested. Monitor operational performance, recurring service issues, control exceptions, and client trends; provide observations and recommendations to management. Ensure activities are performed in accordance with Bank policies, procedures, approval authorities, service standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Support internal audits, regulatory examinations, compliance reviews, and management requests by gathering documentation, responding to inquiries, and assisting with corrective actions as assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 5+ years Business New Accounts, Treasury Services Support, Sales Acquisition, and/or related bank experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of Bank policies and procedures, New Accounts, Treasury Services products and solutions including, but not limited to: Analysis Accounts, Remote Deposit, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, Sweeps, and other digital offerings Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to train, draft reports and correspondence in an articulate and professional manner to clients and teammates Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and FIS products and services Ability to work with little to no supervision while functional in role EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
