Role Description The Vtuber Talent role at Neuraspheres is a remote, contract position focused on live streaming and content creation using a virtual avatar. Day-to-day tasks include hosting livestreams, engaging with audiences in real time, and performing in-character to build a memorable and consistent Vtuber persona. The talent will collaborate with the team to plan content schedules, participate in creative brainstorming, and integrate AI-powered tools and interactive features into streams. Responsibilities also include promoting streams on social platforms, providing feedback on technical setups, and adapting performance style based on audience responses and brand guidelines. The role requires reliable availability, professionalism in communication, and adherence to Neuraspheres’ content standards and community guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong on-camera or voice performance abilities, including improvisation, character acting, and audience engagement.
• Comfortable with livestreaming tools and platforms (e.g., OBS or similar software, major streaming sites) and basic troubleshooting of audio/video setups.
• Clear, expressive spoken communication and the ability to maintain a consistent persona and storytelling style.
• Familiarity with online communities, social media practices, and basic content promotion strategies.
• Interest in virtual avatars, anime or gaming cultures, and innovative uses of AI in entertainment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage schedules, and respond constructively to creative and performance feedback.
• Professional conduct, respect for diverse audiences, and adherence to inclusive, non-discriminatory community standards.
• Prior streaming, voice acting, or content creation experience is preferred but not strictly required if strong potential can be demonstrated.
