Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate enterprise vulnerability management activities across the organisation.
- Utilise and administer Qualys and ServiceNow (SNOW) to support vulnerability identification, tracking, remediation, and reporting.
- Facilitate governance forums, remediation review meetings, and stakeholder working groups.
- Drive accountability for vulnerability remediation outcomes across technology, cyber security, and business stakeholders.
- Manage vulnerability exceptions, waivers, and cyber risk acceptance processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve vulnerability governance frameworks, standards, operating procedures, and best practices.
- Support audit, assurance, compliance, and regulatory activities.
- Define, monitor, and report on vulnerability management KPIs, KRIs, compliance metrics, and remediation performance.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement, education, coaching, and awareness initiatives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within vulnerability management processes and governance practices.
- 6-8 years' experience in Cyber Security, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management, or Governance-related roles.
- Knowledge with Qualys and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise vulnerability remediation programs.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, risk assessment, and remediation governance.
- Experience facilitating governance forums and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cyber risk acceptance, exception management, and compliance processes.
- Experience supporting audit, regulatory, and assurance activities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
