Is this job info correct?

Who We Are The Good Crisp Company is a rapidly growing snack brand, offering great-tasting, guilt-free snacks designed for healthier lifestyles. Our products are Certified Gluten-Free, NON-GMO Project Verified, and free from artificial ingredients and top allergens. Based in Boulder, Colorado, we are in our seventh year of North American market development, with products available in over 20,000 grocery stores across the U.S. and a robust e-commerce presence. Our values as a company are our north star. It is important every employee contributes to them as we strive to create a successful business that contributes to a more joyful life. We make work a place we all want to be. We’re entrusted to deliver quality work. How we get there is up to us. We choose thoughtful solutions even when it’s not easy. What You’ll Do The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is a hands-on, execution-oriented role responsible for managing and scaling The Good Crisp Company’s logistics network. You’ll oversee the day-to-day execution across our warehouses and transportation network, managing relationships with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and other partners while ensuring we deliver against the service, cost, and execution standards we expect. In this fast-paced role, you’ll stay close to what’s happening across the network, solve issues quickly, and prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones. In addition to being an execution-oriented role, you’ll also be expected to be a strategic thought partner by building operational excellence. This includes owning logistics and warehouse spending, including budgeting and forecasting, standardizing SOPs across nodes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen consistency and efficiency. This role will also help build the next version of our logistics network. You’ll lead RFPs and partner selection, negotiate rates and contracts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate how we move and store product as the business grows. With significant autonomy, you’ll identify opportunities, prioritize what matters most, and drive improvements through execution—helping build a network that is efficient today and scalable for tomorrow. If you’re proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing complexity in a fast-moving environment, this could be the right role for you! While we’re looking for candidates in the Boulder/Denver area, we’re open to remote candidates as well. This role will report into the Senior Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Execution Own daily execution across the network, serving as the primary point of contact for all 3PL and transportation partners. Troubleshoot real-time shipping and fulfillment issues, acting as the escalation point for misships, shorts, damages, delays, and service failures; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage inbound/outbound delivery appointment scheduling with 3PLs and retail partners. Own data integrity across NetSuite and partner systems, ensuring accuracy and proactively identifying operational exceptions. Warehouse Network & 3PL Management Own 3PL partner relationships and performance across the North American network, including SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards for service, accuracy, productivity, and cost. Lead business reviews with strategic 3PL partners, driving corrective action plans when performance falls short. Lead 3PL transitions and new-facility implementations end to end from RFP and selection through go-live and stabilization. Drive network design and optimization recommendations, balancing cost, service, capacity, and scalability. Own retailer routing guide compliance, tracking performance and reducing chargebacks through root-cause and corrective action. Manage 3PL contracts, rate structures, and SLAs to ensure competitive commercial terms and strong performance. Transportation & Logistics Management Own performance and economics of inbound/outbound transportation, including international freight (ocean, forwarding, customs, drayage) and domestic transportation programs across LTL, FTL, intermodal, and parcel. Lead competitive RFPs for transportation and warehousing — from strategy and cost modeling through negotiation and implementation. Continuously evaluate transportation modes, routing, and consolidation opportunities to improve service and reduce cost. Who You Are You’re a natural problem solver! You love digging into the details to get issues resolved quickly. You don’t just manage well in fast-paced settings – you love them and seek them out. You’re comfortable holding partners accountable while building strong, relationships. You balance day-to-day execution with a strategic mindset and enjoy finding opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and build more scalable systems. You love great snacks and working with great people! What You'll Bring 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations, with experience owning a multi-node logistics network; CPG experience strongly preferred Direct experience managing a network of multiple 3PLs and freight partners simultaneously International & import logistics experience managing FCL, freight forwarders, customs clearances & drayage operations Proven transportation and warehouse RFP experience, including developing requirements, running competitive bids, modeling options, evaluating proposals, negotiating rates and terms, and implementing awarded business. Experience operating in a high-growth environment where processes, systems, and logistics networks are evolving quickly. Experience managing logistics requirements for major retail customers and distributors, with a strong understanding of retailer routing guides, OTIF requirements, chargebacks, claims, and compliance. Experience with UNFI, KeHE, Walmart, Target, or similar customers strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of small parcel, LTL, FTL, Intermodal, ocean and air freight transportation Experience working with ERP Systems; NetSuite strongly preferred Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels — comfortable developing a network strategy one day and resolving a shipment exception the next. Position Details While we’re ideally looking for candidates in the greater Boulder/Denver area, we’re also open to remote candidates for this role. For local candidates, we expect a hybrid work schedule, coming into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to work together in person. For remote candidates, occasional travel is required for team meetings or company events. The compensation for this position is $95,000-$115,000 based on experience, plus equity. In addition to the annual salary, we’ll also offer: Technology Stipend Equity Full-time employees and dependents are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance 4 weeks paid time off + paid holidays 401(k) program with employer contribution We expect travel beyond company events at least twice year to all third-party partners.
