" – Civil Engineering Technician "Having the feeling that my voice matters and believing that SEH truly cares about the employees is so satisfying!" – Sr Financial Analyst "It feels good having colleagues and supervisors that provide support and resources for growth and learning!" – Civil Engineer "This is the first company I've worked for with a true entrepreneurial spirit." – Sr Mechanical Engineer Why you’ll love SEH: Collaborate on amazing projects of varying size and complexity that positively impact communities Being 100% employee-owned means we all share in the company’s success Career development through continued education, licensure/certification, skills, and technical training Work arrangements that promote work/life balance Flexible holidays enable individuals to tailor their festivities Paid Family Leave provides time to care for loved ones, whether family by birth or family by choice This Opportunity: This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the state of Florida Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage projects Develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion Manage and mentor junior level staff Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within six months of hire Experience managing multi-discipline infrastructure projects Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial water treatment projects Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Fifteen (15) + years of experience designing and/or managing water treatment projects Knowledge of regional water issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Ability to scope and budget new water facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Who We Are Better Places.
