We’re independently owned, locally based, and proud to be top 5 rated in Chicagoland. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners after a water, mold, or fire loss. You’ll assess the damage, explain the restoration process, and help them take the next step toward recovery. Your day-to-day will include: Visiting homes to evaluate water, fire, or mold damage Building trust and guiding customers through the restoration process Creating and presenting estimates Closing restoration projects on-site Coordinating with production teams and insurance adjusters Participating in the emergency on-call rotation What We’re Looking For We want someone who: Has in-home or direct sales experience Builds strong relationships through trust and empathy Communicates clearly and confidently Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated Xactimate knowledge IICRC certified in WRT is a plus, but not required Has a clean driving record and background check Experience in restoration or construction sales is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person who brings the right attitude. The Opportunity This is a field-based position with travel throughout Chicagoland.
