Role Description This is a full-time Wealth Management role based in Singapore, operating in a hybrid work arrangement that combines office-based activities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting clients to understand their financial goals, conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses, and recommending suitable financial planning, insurance, and investment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and presenting tailored financial plans, reviewing and monitoring client portfolios, and staying updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and product offerings. The wealth management professional will also build and maintain long-term client relationships, conduct regular reviews to adjust strategies as circumstances evolve, and collaborate with team members and mentors to refine advisory approaches and achieve business targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to analyze clients’ financial situations and goals.
  • Skills in Investment Management and Investments to design, implement, and monitor diversified portfolios.
  • Knowledge of Insurance solutions to address protection, risk management, and long-term planning needs.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, ChFC) are an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, high level of integrity, and commitment to ethical advisory practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mentoring-driven, performance-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in wealth management, banking, or financial advisory is beneficial but motivated early-career professionals are also encouraged to apply.
