We’re growing our development team and looking for two Web Builders & GHL Interns to support our increasing volume of website projects.
The role is straightforward: You’ll receive completed Figma designs, brand assets, copy, and creative direction, and you’ll be responsible for accurately replicating those designs using GHL’s visual website builder.
This is not a traditional coding or web development position. Most of the work is done using GHL’s drag-and-drop, block-based builder. While advanced programming skills are not required, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with HTML and CSS to make customizations when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Translating approved Figma designs into functional GHL websites
• Replicating layouts, typography, colors, spacing, imagery, and other design elements as accurately as possible
• Building pages using GHL’s visual/block-based website builder
• Making websites responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Adding and formatting copy, images, buttons, forms, and other website elements
• Making basic HTML/CSS adjustments when necessary
• Testing pages and performing QA before launch
• Updating existing websites and landing pages
• Working closely with our creative and marketing team to make sure the final website matches the approved design
We’d love to meet you if you:
• Have a strong eye for design and excellent attention to detail
• Can look at a Figma design and accurately recreate it in a website builder
• Understand basic principles of spacing, typography, alignment, hierarchy, and responsive design
• Are comfortable with or excited to learn GoHighLevel
• Can learn new platforms and workflows quickly
• Are resourceful and comfortable troubleshooting when something doesn’t work exactly as expected
• Communicate clearly and can manage deadlines independently
• Care about delivering polished work, not just getting a page “close enough”
Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not required. Experience with other visual website builders such as Squarespace, Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms is also valuable.
HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus.
What matters most to us is your attention to detail, visual judgment, ability to follow a design, willingness to learn, and reliability.
