Web Content Author & Uploader (Optimizely CMS)

99Bright Minds is looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Author & Uploader to manage, edit and publish digital content using Optimizely CMS. You will make sure every page is well structured, on-brand, SEO-friendly and accessible, so users get the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish web pages in Optimizely CMS.
• Upload and format text, images, videos and other media.
• Make sure content is structured correctly, follows brand guidelines and meets SEO and accessibility standards.
• Work with design, development and marketing teams to optimize web content.
• Test and review content before publishing to check quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and fix minor content issues within Optimizely.
• Keep content up to date and remove outdated material.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-6 year of experience in content management and web publishing.
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO principles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand and editorial guidelines.
• Familiarity with image optimization tools, accessibility standards and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: experience with Optimizely DAM, CMP and Content Recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in digital marketing, UX or web design.
