Web Designer

This employer is seeking a Senior Web Designer to join a remote team focused on scaling web experiences and driving conversion. The company builds a digital platform that helps organisations manage risk and security posture.

The Role

• Design, test, and ship a steady stream of landing pages, page variants, UI modules, and conversion elements to improve web performance

• Collaborate with growth marketing and development teams to pitch test ideas, write hypotheses, and review experiment outcomes

• Create interactive, high-craft web experiences such as product demos, scroll-driven stories, calculators, and launch pages

• Shape and expand an established design system by turning winning patterns into reusable components

• Prototype rapidly using design and AI tools to validate concepts before development handover

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing pages, supported by a portfolio demonstrating craft, tested improvements, and interactive work

• Demonstrated track record of working alongside growth or performance marketing teams to design and evaluate conversion experiments

• Deep expertise designing within an existing design system using Figma, alongside strong UI and interaction fundamentals

• Proactive, autonomous approach with the ability to manage multiple tests and communicate clearly with stakeholders
