About the role

We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our growing Digital Performance Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, updating and maintaining high-performing websites and landing pages across a range of platforms and technologies, while ensuring strong user experience, performance, SEO, and analytics implementation.

As a core member of our team, you’ll bring strong front-end development skills alongside hands-on experience implementing web analytics, tracking and measurement solutions. You’ll work closely with our paid media, SEO, creative and account management teams to ensure websites are technically sound, accurately tracked and built to drive measurable results.

You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive and fast-paced environment and will also have experience communicating with clients, gathering requirements and providing clear project updates.

What the Role Entails:

1. Web Development & Maintenance

• Build, develop and maintain websites and landing pages across a range of CMS and web platforms
• Implement custom web designs using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Manage website updates, enhancements, integrations and ongoing maintenance
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues across devices, browsers and platforms
• Improve site speed, responsiveness, accessibility and overall user experience
• Implement technical website changes and recommendations provided by our SEO Specialist

2. Analytics, Tracking & Integrations

• Implement, configure and test GA4, Google Tag Manager and other analytics and tracking solutions
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across websites, forms, landing pages and campaigns
• Implement pixels, tags and conversion events for advertising and marketing platforms
• Validate tracking accuracy and troubleshoot data or implementation issues
• Set up integrations and automations using tools such as Zapier, including lead and form submission notifications
• Work closely with paid media and other specialists to ensure accurate measurement across campaigns and customer journeys

3. Project & Client Management

• Collaborate with creative, paid media, SEO, account management and content teams to deliver web projects
• Gather and translate client and internal requirements into technical solutions
• Manage multiple web projects from brief through to implementation, testing and launch
• Provide proactive and professional updates on projects, timelines and deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

• Have 4-5+ years of web development experience, ideally working across different website platforms, CMSs and technologies
• Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and analytics implementation
• Experienced in building, maintaining and optimising websites and landing pages
• Comfortable working across different CMS and website platforms; Shopify and WordPress experience is an advantage
• Understand website performance, UX, accessibility and conversion principles
• Understand digital marketing and how websites, analytics and paid media work together
• Experienced in implementing technical requirements provided by SEO and other digital specialists
• Experienced in managing multiple web projects from brief through to implementation
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong attention to technical accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Ready to be challenged and passionate about driving measurable results

The role is full-time, 5 days working remotely in the Philippines, following Sydney, Australia timezone/work hours. There will be a few team face-to-face days in Metro Manila each year.
