DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Content Marketing Officer  MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: Sprout's Web Developer works closely with the Content Marketing Officer in ensuring Sprout's website user experience and function are designed for the customers and users. He/she is responsible for the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company's specifications. As the role takes into consideration a certain level of both graphic design and computer programming is necessary. TASKS: Identify new trends in website and SEO, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels; Website: Create, develop, strategize and maintain multiple websites, landing pages across different products for the company. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and fix any errors or bugs within the site; Search engine optimization (SEO): Continually develop strategies to increase the number of visitors to Sprout’s website by implementing high-ranking keywords across all pages Translate design mockups into launch-ready, pixel-perfect, responsive, valid HTML / CSS / JavaScript. Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility, including making sure new pages are mobile-friendly; Maintain design consistency across Sprout's websites, meet branding guidelines, Sprout design system and web best practices. Work closely with creative, SEO, copywriting and other marketing personnel to fully optimize web pages for performance and effective communication; Provide technical implementation for A/B testing, tracking, and lead generation for both media buying and email pillars; Perform other duties as assigned by the company. QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES: Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience. Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. Proficient in Wordpress, Shopify Proficient in Zapier, Hubspot and Third party Api Integration Dedicated team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid ability in both written and verbal communication. Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology. Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them. High degree of independent judgment. Able to solve complex problems.
