Web Developer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our digital presence. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites from layout to function according to the firm's specifications. This role involves creating visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI/UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications that are efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to define project requirements and specifications. Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices and integrating data from various back-end services and databases. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive design principles. Maintain and improve the performance of existing websites and applications. Perform code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely solutions. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities. Ensure website security and data protection measures are implemented. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Solid understanding of back-end development with experience in server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js. Experience with database management and integration (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of web development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with RESTful services and APIs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
