Requirements

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Team Player: Eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a sense of ownership..
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional web development experience, with hands-on experience in frontend development and backend/API integration. Comfortable working in mature, long-lived codebases.
• Frontend & Web Technologies: Good knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern web development practices. Familiarity with SPA architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and web performance. Experience with Next.js and SSR is a plus.
• Backend & Middleware: Experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with Java/Spring. Understanding of API design, validation, error handling, testing, and service integration. Familiarity with BFF architecture, backward compatibility, caching, authentication, and API security is a plus.
• Software Engineering & Architecture: Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP, design patterns, clean code, and refactoring. Familiarity with modularization, dependency injection, and technical debt management.
• Frontend Ecosystem & Quality: Experience with the React ecosystem, including Redux, MUI, and design systems. Familiarity with unit, integration, and UI/E2E testing, as well as test automation.
• CI/CD & Engineering Practices: Proficient in Git and familiar with CI/CD workflows and Continuous Delivery. Experience with GitHub Actions, automated checks, and engineering quality gates is a plus.
• Performance, Reliability & Security: Basic understanding of web performance optimization, scalability, observability, production troubleshooting, and web/API security, with a willingness to learn and apply best practices.
• AI-Assisted Development: Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered tools for coding, testing, refactoring, and technical analysis, with the ability to review and validate AI-generated output.
• Agile Mindset: Agile-minded, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile, and other engineering teams.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Node.js, Bun, microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, MCP, AI agents, or agentic software development. Experience with large-scale or high-traffic applications, particularly in travel, airline, e-commerce, or other transaction-intensive domains, is a plus.

• Contribute & Grow: Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, engineering best practices, and continuous improvements while growing your technical skills.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with Product, UX, QA, Backend, Mobile, and other engineering teams to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
