商業用不動産データの構造化・可視化を通じて、都市や産業が秘めた真の価値を発揮させるプラットフォームを提供しています。都市の複雑な要素をシステムに落とし込み、新規プロダクトの連続的な立ち上げを通じて「日本の都市が世界に通用する未来」を創り出す、社会的インパクトの大きいミッションです。

■仕事内容：Webアプリケーションエンジニアとして都市のデータ基盤と新規プロダクト開発をリード

・顧客へ迅速に価値を届けるための新規機能開発およびプロトタイプ実装

・膨大な不動産データを活かすためのアイディア出し、PoC（概念実証）の実行

・エンジニア起案による技術課題の解消や効率的な処理を用いた実装改善

・新規プロダクトおよび新規プロジェクトの立ち上げ推進

・複利的な価値を生み出すチームへの貢献と技術的成長の推進

【開発/システム環境】

・主要技術：TypeScript, Ruby, Rust, GraphQL, 生成AI (Vertical AI / AIエージェント活用)

・インフラ/クラウド：AWS

・勤務形態：ハイブリッドリモート（出社＋リモート）/ 裁量労働制

〈募集要件〉

【必須要件（Must）】

・自社プロダクト開発経験（5年以上）

・Webアプリケーション（フロントエンドもしくはバックエンド）の開発経験

【歓迎要件（Want）】

・自社サービスの立ち上げ経験および継続的な開発経験

・Rust、Ruby、TypeScript、AWSなどを用いた開発経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント、またはチームリーダーの経験

< Role Overview >

We provide platforms that visualize and structure commercial real estate data to unleash the hidden value of cities and industries. By modeling complex urban metrics and continuously launching new products, our mission is to build data-driven systems that make Japanese cities globally competitive.

■ Responsibilities: Leading Product & Data Platform Development as a Web Application Engineer

・Develop new features and implement prototypes to swiftly deliver value to customers.

・Brainstorm ideas, execute PoCs, and build prototypes to maximize the value of vast real estate data.

・Identify and resolve technical debt, improving implementations with optimized architectures.

・Drive the continuous launch of new products and strategic projects.

・Contribute to building a high-performing engineering culture and foster collective technical growth.

[ Technical Environment ]

・Core Tech Stack: TypeScript, Ruby, Rust, GraphQL, Generative AI (Vertical AI, AI Agents, OCR)

・Infrastructure / Cloud: AWS

・Work Style: Hybrid Remote / Discretionary Work System

< Qualifications >

[Must-have]

・5+ years of hands-on experience in in-house product development.

・Proven experience in Web application development (Frontend or Backend).

[Nice-to-have]

・Experience in launching new in-house services and continuous product iteration.

・Development experience using Rust, Ruby, TypeScript, or AWS.

・Experience in project management or tech lead/team lead roles.
