Recruitment Background

Driven by rapid business expansion, the company is seeking a new member to anchor the core system development division and spearhead its organizational strengthening.

In this position, you will serve as a core member of the application development team, leading both system architecture design and implementation. Moving beyond standard system development, this role provides deep involvement in AI algorithm implementation and data analysis processes, offering an exceptional path to building a high-value, distinct professional profile as an "Application Engineer × AI Specialist."

Proven Development Track Record (Social Infrastructure & Large-Scale Optimization)

・Automated Maritime Route Planning Systems: Developed for major oil manufacturers and leading shipping lines to optimize large cargo vessel scheduling.

・Power Generation Schedule Optimization Systems: Built for primary electric utilities to optimize resource and grid distribution.

・Expressway Traffic Congestion Forecasting Systems: Engineered for major highway management corporations to predict and mitigate traffic flow issues.

・Demand Forecasting & Automated Production Planning Systems: Designed for prominent manufacturers to streamline manufacturing and supply chains.

・In-House SaaS Platform: Handled the overarching planning, architecture design, and development.

【Responsibilities】

・Requirements Definition & Technology Selection: Gathering and organizing functional requirements based on client business challenges, and evaluating the optimal technology stack.

・System Architecture Design: Designing databases (logical and physical design) as well as APIs and endpoints.

・Development & Quality Control: Implementing efficient applications based on system designs and ensuring quality assurance, including automated testing.

・Project Management: Managing development progress, identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks, and controlling the delivery quality of the team.

・Product Development: Evaluating requirements and developing new feature sets for the in-house product platform.

Development Environment

Languages: TypeScript (React framework), Python, SQL

IDE: Microsoft Visual Studio Code (with Cursor)

Infrastructure: AWS (primarily ECS/ECR, EC2, and RDS (MySQL or PostgreSQL)

Valuable Knowledge & Experience

Experience managing development workflows

Experience managing and developing engineering teams

Experience coordinating with clients during the requirements definition phase

Required

Practical experience in web development (5+ years: understanding the entire process from design to operations)

Understanding of development and operations in cloud environments such as AWS

Practical experience with team-based development using tools like Git (standard workflows such as code reviews)

Communication skills to collaborate with other roles (e.g., PM, DS) and ensure smooth development progress

Preferred

Experience serving as a team leader or managing project progress

Adjusting tasks based on team members’ circumstances and ensuring stable delivery

Experience facilitating team consensus during technology selection and specification reviews

Skills in coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and making proposals from a technical perspective
