Westyle, a rapidly growing IT consultancy and software development firm in Japan, is seeking skilled Web and Systems Development Engineers to join our international team. In this role, you will be allocated to diverse, large-scale projects according to your technical proficiency, spanning web development, mobile applications, e-commerce portals, and AI solutions.

• Analysis & Coding: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, basic architecture, detailed design, active coding, and unit/integration testing.
• Tech Stacks & Projects:
• Develop large-scale e-commerce portals using Java, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Build AI solutions and massive data analysis systems using Python, Hadoop, MongoDB, and Angular.
• Implement RPA solutions (VBA, UiPath, Winactor) and create mobile/TV applications (iOS, Android).

• Technical Foundation: Structural knowledge in technology or software development. We welcome self-taught professionals, coding bootcamp graduates, IT school alumni, or those with equivalent experience.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• Language Proficiency: JLPT N2 (Advanced Business Japanese) or higher is strictly required. Collaboration with local teams and corporate documentation require native-level fluency in Japanese. (Note: Candidates with only English and basic Japanese will not be considered).

• Monthly Salary: ¥210,000 to ¥500,000 JPY (Estimated annual earnings between ¥3,000,000 and ¥6,000,000 JPY, depending on seniority and technical capability).
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses included.
• Overtime: May include an assumed overtime model (up to 20 hours/month). Hours exceeding this quota are 100% fully paid.
