In this role, you will partner with webinar managers, campaign teams, speakers, and other stakeholders to build and deliver high-quality live and on-demand webinar experiences through ON24. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing a seamless attendee experience from registration through post-event reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with speakers, producers, campaign teams, and stakeholders to manage event details, deadlines, rehearsals, and launch readiness.
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on registration flows, communications, event settings, tracking links, and attendee experiences before promotion and event launch.
  • Support live webinar delivery by assisting with rehearsals, speaker preparation, event monitoring, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement.
  • Publish webinar recordings and on-demand experiences and complete post-event activities, including attendee exports, data validation, asset updates, and campaign handoffs.
  • Maintain webinar schedules, process documentation, build checklists, and reusable templates while proactively identifying and communicating risks.
  • Generate and analyze ON24 reports to summarize registration, attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics and provide recommendations for future webinar improvements.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure webinar programs align with campaign objectives and execution timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of webinar operations processes, tools, and best practices.
  • This is a full-time, individual contributor role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid in our Denver, CO office. The role may require occasional flexibility in work hours to support live events across multiple time zones.
  • Travel is not expected or is limited to infrequent travel to Bentley office locations.
  • Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in webinar operations, digital marketing, campaign execution, or related field, including internships or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Hands-on experience building webinar programs, events, or registration experiences within ON24.
  • Experience creating and testing landing pages, registration forms, and attendee communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Relevant education, training, or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
