KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: UI Design for Web: Create visually compelling, high-fidelity designs for responsive websites, focusing on layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy. Wireframes & Mockups: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders. Design System Development: Collaborate on and maintain UI design systems, ensuring consistency across pages and brands. User Interface Enhancements: Optimize existing web designs by improving UI components, ensuring the site is visually appealing and intuitive. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and content creators to align on project requirements, design feasibility, and technical constraints. Responsive & Mobile-First Design: Ensure that all web designs are fully responsive and optimized for performance across devices. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency in every website component, adapting designs based on feedback and evolving brand standards. Research & Trends: Stay current with web design trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative UI solutions to the team. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in website and UI design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of web design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (coding skills are a plus but not required). Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
