What is a Hedvig referral program?

The referral program is an opportunity for you to look into your professional network and see if you find someone that you would like to recommend to Hedvig.

This means you can earn 10,000 SEK (gross) per successful referral, 5,000 SEK paid on the employee’s start date, and the remaining 5,000 SEK paid after successful completion of the probation period. Roles applicable:

Senior Product Designer.

How do I give a referral?

• Talk to the candidate that you have in mind. Tell them about Hedvig, why they should join the only loved insurance company in Sweden (in the world?)

• Use our referral registration form to submit your candidate.

*Note: You cannot submit you referral in any other way

Exemptions from the program

• Managers recruiting for their own teams will not receive a referral bonus.

• Unit leads will not receive a referral bonus.
