Job Description
This is a remote position.
One of our resilience customers is seeking a Welfare Support Officer to assist with applications for Discretionary Housing Payments(DHP's) and Local Welfare Assistance now known as Crisis & Resilience(CRF).
Experience of Housing Benefit assessment is essential along with being a NEC(Northgate) user.
On offer is:
- Fully remote working
- 3 months initial contract
- £24.00 per hour (umbrella) / 37hrs per week
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years Senior Benefits experience
- Experience of assessing applications for DHP's or C&RF
- Be a NEC (Northgate) user
