THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Growth Manager to our Revenue team in São Paulo!

You will be the strategic architect behind engagement and adoption programs for Wellhub’s most complex enterprise accounts. This is not a traditional operational marketing or customer support role, you will act as a senior internal consultant and trusted advisor to enterprise HR executives, building Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and deploying custom engagement models tailored to workforce demographics. Combining behavioral data, growth experimentation, and AI-driven workflows, your mission is to transform corporate wellbeing culture, remove friction barriers, and directly accelerate paid subscriber growth across thousands of employees.

YOUR IMPACT

• Enterprise Portfolio Ownership: Own the wellbeing engagement strategy for top-tier enterprise accounts, designing, launching, and iterating multi-phase activation programs that drive paid subscription adoption and long-term member retention.
• Strategic HR Advisory & Joint Business Plans: Co-create and present Joint Business Plans with senior HR and C-level leaders, using portfolio benchmarks, utilization data, and behavioral insights to influence corporate wellbeing investment.
• Data-Driven Diagnostics & Growth Experimentation: Track and analyze adoption funnels, reach, and engagement metrics in Tableau, Looker, or Metabase. Identify root causes of underperformance and test tailored segmentation frameworks instead of relying on generic templates.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Customer Success (CS), User Growth, Sales, and Product to align account priorities, unblock initiatives, and deliver unified client growth roadmaps.
• Process Scalability & AI Adoption: Pioneer and implement AI-powered workflows and automation tools to streamline reporting, campaign iteration, and portfolio diagnostics—eliminating operational tasks to focus on strategic execution.

WHO YOU ARE

• Consultative & Growth Background: Solid experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Revenue Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategic Customer Success within high-growth B2B tech, SaaS, or consultative environments.
• Enterprise Client-Facing Acumen: Demonstrated track record of partnering directly with senior corporate decision-makers (HR directors, business leaders) to deliver joint growth initiatives and consultative business reviews.
• Data Fluency & Problem Framing: Proven ability to turn complex metrics into actionable insights using BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar); comfortable navigating ambiguous scenarios and framing hypotheses independently.
• AI Literacy & Workflow Optimization: Practical experience integrating generative and agentic AI tools into daily workflows to eliminate operational overhead, analyze data patterns, and accelerate deliverables.
• Ruthless Prioritization & Builder Mindset: Proven capacity to manage high client demand by prioritizing high-impact growth levers and driving projects from concept to measurement with complete autonomy.
• Languages: Advanced or Fluent English is required for collaboration across Wellhub’s global matrix organization.
