WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage and optimize daily operations remotely across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant partners, delivery teams and customers.
• Coordinate teams, solve operational challenges and maintain excellent service.
• Work confidently with technology platforms, dashboards, spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes and support business growth.
• Develop creative solutions to unexpected operational challenges.
• Take initiative, make decisions and help build scalable operations as SIPP expands.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on operations experience.
• Proven experience coordinating people, managing processes and solving operational problems.
• Strong digital skills, including experience with operational software, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work according to Costa Rica business hours.

Experience in technology startups, delivery platforms, marketplaces, logistics or hospitality operations is a significant advantage.

Experience with AI tools, automation and digital workflow management is a plus.
