🔎 What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Strong expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. accounting operations.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, billing, payroll, and financial reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems proficiency.

⭐ Stand Out With:

• Staffing industry experience (highly preferred).
• Experience supporting acquisitions (a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.

📍 Location: Medellin (3 days in office)

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday

💰 Salary: Negotiable based on experience
