About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager - US Taxation with deep expertise in Individual Tax (Form 1040) and High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) taxation. This is a leadership opportunity for professionals who enjoy managing complex tax engagements, leading teams, and providing strategic tax advisory services to clients.

The role involves overseeing tax compliance, reviewing returns, driving tax planning initiatives, mentoring team members, and partnering with clients to deliver high-quality tax solutions.

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Work From Office + 2 Days Work From Home)

🕘 Shift: Day Shift

💰 Compensation: Up to ₹33 LPA

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and review complex Form 1040 tax engagements for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI)

✅ Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services

✅ Review tax returns, estimated tax payments, and extensions

✅ Manage client relationships and act as a trusted tax advisor

✅ Supervise, mentor, and develop Tax Seniors and Staff

✅ Stay updated on U.S. tax regulations and industry developments

✅ Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

✅ Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring quality and timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✔ EA / CPA (US) / CA Qualification Preferred

✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in U.S. Taxation

✔ Strong expertise in Form 1040, Individual Taxation & HNI Tax Clients

✔ Leadership experience managing or mentoring teams

✔ Exposure to CCH Axcess and SurePrep preferred

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
