Dein Verantwortungsbereich Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Chargebacks inkl. Beleg- und Dokumentationsprüfung. Zusammenarbeit mit Merchant- und Zahlungsdienstleister-Teams zur Klärung von Fällen. Unterstützung beim Retrieval-Prozess (Beweismaterial, Transaktionsdaten) und Reporting. Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen, SLA-Beobachtung und Datenpflege Das bringst du mit Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Jura, Finance oder vergleichbar. Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse im Zahlungsverkehr, Chargebacks oder Fraud-Umfeld. Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
