Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns?

• Du unterstützt bei vielfältigen Office-, Facility- und Standortthemen und trägst zu einem gut organisierten Arbeitsumfeld an unserem Berliner Standort bei.
• Im Tagesgeschäft übernimmst du administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben und unterstützt das Team dort, wo deine Hilfe gefragt ist.
• Bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Meetings und kleineren Events wirkst du aktiv mit.
• Du begleitest das Onboarding neuer Kolleg*innen und unterstützt bei den organisatorischen Check-in- und Check-out-Prozessen.
• Für unsere Mitarbeitenden bist du eine Ansprechperson für organisatorische und standortbezogene Themen vor Ort.
• Du kümmerst dich um die Bestellung und Verwaltung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien und behältst den Überblick über die entsprechenden Bedarfe.
• Du hältst Standortinformationen, Aushänge und Intranetinhalte aktuell und unterstützt damit eine transparente Kommunikation am Standort.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen, kaufmännischen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang.
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast Freude daran, unterschiedliche organisatorische Themen zu koordinieren.
• Du bist gerne vor Ort und im direkten Austausch mit Kolleg*innen und bringst eine offene und serviceorientierte Art mit.
• Mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen gehst du sicher um.
• Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Neue Themen gehst du offen an und kannst dich schnell und eigenständig in neue Aufgaben einarbeiten.
• Teamgeist, Engagement und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen, beispielsweise durch Praktika, Werkstudierendentätigkeiten oder andere Bürotätigkeiten, sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
• Da viele deiner Aufgaben direkt am Standort stattfinden, bringst du die Bereitschaft zu einer regelmäßigen Vor-Ort-Präsenz in Berlin mit.
