WFS / Techno Functional Consultant L2

Summary

We are looking for a WFS / Techno Functional Consultant L2 to support Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance implementations and operations. You will configure and validate time rules, schedules and pay codes, support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, and guide the business through testing, cutover and go-live. This is a fully remote role aligned to US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the WFS Time & Attendance module, including work schedules, quota banks, pay code validations and time results validation.
• Navigate WFS configurations and the Policy Editor to confirm that results match business requirements.
• Support WFS TOR (Time Off Request) setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support WFS integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ECC and other work management modules.
• Run required reports and assist the business with testing, cutover activities and go-live of WFS Time & Attendance.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze issues, recommend fixes and document configuration changes.

Requirements

Required

• Hands-on experience with the Workforce Software (WFS) Time & Attendance module.
• Working knowledge of WFS configuration, Policy Editor, work schedules, quota banks and pay code setup.
• Experience with WFS integration with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP and/or SAP ECC.
• Experience supporting testing, cutover and go-live activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST in a full work-from-home setup.

Preferred / An Advantage

• PT102 certification.
• Prior experience in SAP Time Management and SAP Payroll.
