What You’ll Be Doing As a Whitespace Automation Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their business, implementing configurable, rules-driven automation across the placement process to reduce manual effort, increase speed and add clarity and consistency. You’ll: Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and providing ongoing support for their automations. Analyse automation use cases to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved workflows and greater adoption. Gather, review and translate business requirements from clients into logical, implementable configuration in line with best practice Advise clients and design configuration solutions based on understanding of the WA solution, insurance processes and the Whitespace Platform and its data Scope and support configuration of insurance product rules, validation logic and workflows within the Whitespace Automation solution. Validate outputs against realistic business scenarios and to ensure accuracy. Support client testing, defect management and release readiness. Facilitate client workshops, requirements review sessions and stakeholder discussions. Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to deliver successful implementations. Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and customer presentations. Deliver training sessions and promote best practice across both clients and internal teams. Mentor colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of our consulting capability. What We’re Looking For You’ll combine insurance expertise with strong consulting skills and a passion for helping organisations embrace technology and automation. We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Solution Consulting, Business Analysis, Implementation Consulting or similar customer-facing roles. The insurance industry, with London Market experience highly desirable. Scoping insurance product rules, validation logic and workflow processes. Insurance technology platforms, digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. Insurance products, business rules, data and workflow automation. Working closely with broking and underwriting teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. Building trusted stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-makers at all levels. Producing high-quality documentation ensuring traceability and transparency in client implementations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with workflow automation platforms, rules engines or low-code technologies would be a distinct advantage. #LI-Hybrid
