We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Windchill Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing PLM solutions based on the Windchill platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Implementation:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective PLM solutions using Windchill.

· Lead the implementation of Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet organizational needs.

2. Technical Leadership:

· Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in Windchill solution implementation.

· Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve seamless integration of Windchill into existing workflows.

3. Customization and Optimization:

· Customize Windchill functionalities to align with specific business processes and enhance overall system performance.

· Optimize existing Windchill configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.

4. Integration Management:

· Develop and maintain integrations between Windchill and other enterprise systems, fostering data flow and collaboration across platforms.

· Ensure a high level of data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.

5. Issue Resolution and Support:

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windchill configurations, customizations, and integrations.

· Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize their utilization of the Windchill PLM system.

6. Documentation:

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Windchill solutions, configurations, and integrations.

· Develop training materials and documentation for end-users and technical teams.

7. Upgrades and Maintenance:

· Manage and execute Windchill system upgrades, staying informed about new releases and applying patches to ensure system security and performance.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on Windchill PLM solutions.

· Strong expertise in Windchill platform configuration, customization, and administration.

· Proven experience in integrating Windchill with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

· Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C++ is advantageous.

· In-depth understanding of PLM concepts, data management, and product development processes.

· Excellent documentation skills for system architectures, designs, and configurations.

· Familiarity with quality assurance processes for PLM solutions.

· Ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with Windchill implementations.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
