Wireless Firmware Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Wireless Firmware Engineer to join a project focused on high-performance gaming devices. You will work with a talented team to develop embedded software that enhances wireless communication technologies, ensuring low latency and reliable connectivity. This hybrid role is based in Cracow, where you will collaborate closely with engineers to deliver innovative solutions. Your tasks

• Developing embedded firmware in C for high-performance gaming devices
• Implementing and debugging TX/RX communication, packet handling, acknowledgements, and retransmissions
• Configuring and debugging wireless communication systems to ensure reliable data transmission
• Investigating and resolving communication issues related to packet loss, retransmissions, and latency
• Working with hardware resources such as interrupts, timers, clocks, FIFOs, and radio peripherals
• Maintaining compatibility with existing and legacy solutions while developing new features
• Supporting debugging and testing of communication between wireless devices using Nordic Semiconductor platforms and SDKs
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded systems development
• Strong expertise in developing embedded firmware in C
• Practical experience with 2.4 GHz wireless communication and packet-based protocols
• Familiarity with low-level communication mechanisms and debugging techniques
• Experience working with hardware resources such as interrupts, timers, clocks, and radio peripherals
• Intermediate level of English
• Fluent level of Polish

• Knowledge of Nordic Semiconductor platforms and SDKs
• Experience with testing and debugging wireless communication systems
