Responsibilities

1. To design, implement, optimise, and sustain a safe, high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient manufacturing process that consistently delivers wire harnesses meeting customer requirements by ensuring Safety and Ergonomics.(Manufacturing).

2.Within the framework Project or Program completion and Capacity enhancement

- Ensures the processing and the industrialization production facilities for the perimeter in accordance with the

reference frames in Wire Harness assembly (architecture workshop, Engineering)

- To be privileged Pilot Assembly for all industrial resource.

- To be responsible plannings, investments, performance and quality related to production facilities ensuring safety and ergonomics.

- Interface with the other department (Project, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Production).

3.To ensure that every wire harness produced fully complies with customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements through robust quality systems, process controls, traceability, defect prevention, and continuous improvement, resulting in zero customer defects.
