ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join the Contract Logistics IT Support team of a global transport and logistics group headquartered in Denmark, one of the largest in the world, with more than 150,000 employees operating in over 90 countries. This is a chance to be the technical backbone of a global warehouse management system portfolio, working across regional business teams and corporate functions in a dynamic, high-professionalization environment.

PROJECT & CONTEXT

You will support all aspects of the WMS application infrastructure, covering Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher and related software packages, coordinating and managing system administrative IT aspects within the support area for warehouse applications. You'll consult with requesting parties on technical questions and process definition, provide daily professional support for implemented warehouse management systems across technical aspects and ticketing systems, and work across multiple partners including IT infrastructure teams, logistics teams, and regional IT warehouse project teams. The role also covers structural, organizational, and technical tasks that keep WMS running efficiently and at a high standard, plus ad hoc tasks as defined by management, all while maintaining strong product knowledge and a constructive relationship with internal and external customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required)

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, business administration, logistics, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally international, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher warehousing system management
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JDA Dispatcher across at least 4 domains: WMS infrastructure support, WMS configuration, and Integrator
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Excellent business English (corporate language)
• Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of abstraction depending on audience
• Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong team player, able to effectively influence technical teams
• Ability to act effectively under pressure and manage crisis situations
• Strong analytical judgment — evaluating information, identifying key issues, and forming sound, practical conclusions
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Service-minded, customer-driven approach with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred)

• Familiarity with surrounding WMS-related systems such as Citrix, Oracle database, EMS, or Parcel systems
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups, including IT infrastructure teams, logistics teams, and regional IT warehouse project teams
• Experience working within a large, international, matrixed corporate structure
