Technical Expertise and Problem Solving Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress websites, including bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities. Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, best practices, and emerging technologies. Ensure all websites are compatible with various browsers and devices. Performance Metrics: Average time to resolve technical issues. Frequency of recurring issues or bugs. Quality and relevance of solutions provided. 3. Collaboration and Communication Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
