Workday HCM Consultant

Job Description This is a remote position. We have a contract role for a Workday HCM Consultant at Two3Minds LLC. The consultant will be responsible for managing Human Capital Management processes, Employee Benefits, and providing HR consulting services. This is a remote role with day-to-day tasks that involve implementing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions for clients. ​ Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management and Human Resources (HR) Experience in managing Employee Benefits and providing consulting services Proficiency in implementing and optimizing Workday HCM solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Share your resume to [email protected]
