Workday PSA Consultant

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Workday PSA / Workday Projects Consultant to join an international Workday transformation program focused on the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) / Workday Projects solutions.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to delivering end-to-end Workday solutions that enable organizations to improve project planning, resource utilization, project costing, and financial performance. Following the implementation phase, you will support the solution in an Application Management Services (AMS) environment, ensuring system stability, continuous improvements, and long-term business value.

Project information:

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 190 - 210 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B
• Project languages: English

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Workday Extend applications
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional international teams
• Participate in the full application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Maintain and enhance existing Workday Extend applications as part of AMS activities
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable Workday solutions

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or Workday Projects
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Projects solutions
• Workday PSA / Workday Projects certification is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of:
• Project management processes
• Project costing and billing
• Resource management
• Project financial management
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in customer-facing environments
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
