Workday Talent and Performance Consultant Job Details Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: Remote Location: Offshore Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (UK Shift) Total Experience Required: 7+ years Relevant Experience Required: 5+ years in Workday Talent & Performance Job Summary We are seeking a senior Workday Talent and Performance Consultant to lead and implement key talent management processes on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal templates, along with a solid understanding of Core HCM and Core Compensation. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain performance reviews, calibration processes, and goal templates within the Workday Talent and Performance module. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align performance management cycles with organizational strategy. Support integration points and cross-module processes between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation. Troubleshoot system issues, perform functional testing, and ensure data integrity across performance management workflows. Requirements 7+ years of overall IT/HR systems experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a practitioner in the Workday Talent and Performance module. Proven expertise in performance reviews, calibrations, and goal template configuration. Strong background in Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
