You’ll learn to investigate claims, make informed decisions, and guide injured workers and employers through the workers’ compensation process. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you’ll take on more responsibility and build a rewarding career.

LOCATION: A hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux City, NE office (three days a week in office and two days remote).

What You'll Do

Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.
Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Contribute to a collaborative team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience in workers compensation or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.
