The Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation claims

• SIP certification

• Experience with analyzing complex claims data, translating findings into strategic, actionable recommendations

• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation guidelines, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Microsoft Office and various claims database management systems

The Key Contributions:

• Create presentations for training purposes on all updates on policies, workers' compensation laws, and procedures

• Maintain a current and comprehensive action plan for all assigned indemnity claims

• Ensure timely completion of all claim file activities

• Oversee all internal and external audits

• Comprehensive understanding of the California Labor Code as it applies to workers' compensation claims

• Reviewing billing summaries
