A well-established Atlanta law firm in Midtown is seeking an experienced
Workers’ Compensation Defense Paralegal
to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.
Qualified candidates must have:
3+ years of Workers’ Compensation defense experience
Experience supporting defense attorneys in Georgia WC matters
Strong knowledge of State Board of Workers’ Compensation procedures
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
Experience managing medical records and case summaries
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
