Job Description

The Workforce Digital Solutions Consultant II performs functional configuration and user support for technology platforms and systems, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Time & Attendance. The position has a clear understanding of system capabilities, functionality, and integration points. The position contributes as a member of an agile development team to deliver a minimal viable product aligned to HR strategies. The position collaborates with other members of the agile development team, including internal IT and vended technology partners, as well as the product owner and scrum master.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships and communication with HR representatives to effectively support and enhance technology.

• Support system enhancements and regular system releases, partnering with HR reps, technology partners, change management and overall implementation needs.

• Participate as project team member for HR technology implementations and new enhancements; contribute to managing issues, risks, timelines, explaining design implications and partnering with technology partners to meet all requirements.

• Support and contribute to business process improvements that have a HR technologies component and serves on teams to explain system impacts to business process changes.

• Support and consult with other members of the agile development team on technology projects, new enhancements, and features.

• Manage HR technology platforms, such as Salesforce, SAP, Time & Attendance.

• Manage system configuration that may be small or medium in size and/or complexity.

• Monitor intake channels (shared mailbox, request forms, incident notifications), triaging inquires and issues accordingly.

• Lead HR technology releases & system refreshes: coordinating and communicating key dates.

• Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance, Goals, Succession, Employee Central, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Mobile, Compensation, and more.

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
